In descending date order. Last in first listed.
What do I do if I forget my username or password?
Click forgotten details link and follow the instructions
What type of projects are not accepted for posting on your website?
Any projects which infringe the terms and conditions of the site.

Client
How can I register?
Go to the home page and click on the Register here link in the lower right corner.
Do I pay to register as a client?
No. Registration is free. However, you will have to pay the freelancer for their work and services.
Can I contact freelancers directly?
Yes. You will have full access to all freelance translators registered on our database.
What information do I include in a job description?
As much useful and relevant information as possible. A brief description of your project, along with an approximate word count, date of completion etc.
How do I pay a freelancer for their work?
This can be discussed and arranged between you and the freelancer. Choose a payment method that is secure and convenient for both of you. That could be a bank transfer or by cheque.
Freelancers
Do I have to pay to use the service?
Currently you can use our services free of charge. This ,however, is a limited offer until further notice. You will be notified of any changes in due course.
Can I contact a client directly?
You must bid for the project through our website.
After you have placed a bid on the project, the client
will contact you if your bid is successful.
At this stage, you will establish direct contact with the client.
How can I join?
Go to the home page and click on the Join now for free link on the right part of the home page.
Can I search for jobs if I am not a member?
Yes. You will not, however, be able to bid for a project.
How can I place a bid?
Search projects either by source and target language using the "Find Projects" box in the bottom left of the home page or view all projects by clicking on the List all projects link on the top left of the home page , then click on the project that interests you and follow the instructions.
How will I get paid for my translation work?
First you should agree with your client on a payment method.
It is recommended that you secure your receipt of payment by taking, for instance, a first payment at the beginning of the project.
Try to establish direct contact, either through email, on the telephone, or any other suitable direct method.
How can I modify my profile?
Log on to your account and click on My Profile link, then enter or modify your required fields and when finished click on the update button.
How do I receive email notifications whenever projects matching my language pairs have been posted?
Tick ´Notify me about new projects!´ check box on My Profile page.
How can I contact www.translationbank.com?
